Question: I made a typing error when placing my order. Can I change the data I have entered at a later date?
Answer: The subsequent processing of your order is unfortunately not possible. Please complete the order again and inform us about the incident by phone or e-mail.
Question: How can I pay for my ordered goods?
Answer: We accept payment in advance, cash, PayPal, Sofortüberweisung, Billsafe or Bitcoin.

Question: Can I have the design of my banner taken over by Bannerheld?
Answer: Of course we take over the individual design of your advertising banner. From the corporate design to the new design, we always take care of the design according to your wishes quickly and professionally. We send you the draft by e-mail and you confirm receipt and when there are no more change requests, your freshly designed advertising banner goes into production. We take care of designs with little time expenditure free of charge, for more complex new designs we agree a fair invoice amount with you in advance.
Question: How and when do I complain about my goods in case of defects?
Answer: If, contrary to expectations, defects have occurred during production which we have not noticed, please report them to us immediately after receiving your advertising banner by e-mail. Please add a photo of your damaged banner ad. This way we can guarantee a fast processing of your complaint.
Questions about login and registration Question: Do I have to register on Bannerheld?
Answer: Yes. For the first advertising banner order it is necessary to create a customer account in a few steps. They receive a customer number and are registered with us as an existing customer from that time on. For future orders of advertising banners you only need your customer number.
Question: What do I do if I have forgotten my password?
Answer: In this case, please go to the Customer Login section on our site. Here you will find a link Forgot password in the left box, simply enter your e-mail address used for registration and a new password will be sent to you.
Question: I want to register, but my email address is not accepted. What do you want me to do?
